Just because you cant capture stations you want CCP to give them to you? Why would you want hostiles visiting your stations? There are plenty of NPC stations in quite a few ownable regions, go play in all of those and then come back and ask for more... Roll

Curse, Stain, Venal, Syndicate, Great Wildlands are completely NPC controlled null regions with many stations. Pure Blind, Geminate, Fountain, Outer Ring, and Delve are partially NPC controlled with multiple NPC stations. Enjoy.

Clearly Secular Wisdom holds no common sense... but...

In my view, 0.0 would be much easier to immigrate to "IF" certain sov holding alliances and corps would stop being such donkey head wear about recruitment. Their bovine posterior discharges about membership requirements, and the way they treat "renter" corps, keeps the population numbers low. To be honest, all they really want is more targets....

Well, bright star, to be return customers requires earning ISK in high sec for ship replacements, for every "Winner" there is a "Loser" who must now replace their stuff. Eventually, if you keep dumping your load of compost on high sec dwellers they will go find another game to play and you will still be an adolescent with hormonal issues and no girlfriend.

Entire region of Syndicate - Intaki Syndicate
Entire region of Stain - Sanshas Nation
Entire region of Venal - Guristas Pirates
Entire region of Outer Ring - ORE
Entire region of Great Wildlands - Thucker Tribe
Phoenix Constellation in Fountain - Serpentis and Angel Cartel
XPJ1-6 and 6-UCYU Constellations in Delve - Blood Raider Covenant
U-7RBK and 38G6-L in Pure Blind - Mordu's Legion and Sisters of Eve

All of the stations in these regions are open to anyone. They even have mission agents you can use.

All of them are sh*t to live in.
