100% packet loss?

so im having problems with my new isp (frontier/dish network). I can log in to eve, and play for some seconds/mins- sometimes longer- but sooner or latter it always disconects me.

So i run pingplotter.. trace goes to my router, to a frontiersnet address, then shows 100% packet loss (the trace continues all the way to ccp servers/ everything looks fine except for that one huge drop)

so, no idea, though i assume its my isp. Anything i can do? or run to diagnose further? Any advice on what i should tell the isp (other then packet loss- fix noaw)

Bit of further info on the pingplotter

hop 1/ dslrouter.netgear.com
hop 2/ drr01.nrwl.oh.frontiernet.net
hop 3/ shows no addy just shows 100% packet loss
hop 4/ some random server addy of frontiernets from chicago ill

goes on for 13 hops total, ping for all is relatively low (all green/ less then 200ms), packet loss for any hop other then hop 3 is minimal (1-3%)

Bit of an update...
ive been told some servers are set to not reply to ping requests, and as long as the end destination shows decent readings then all is well....

However, it still doesnt explain why i get d/ced so often, and consistently.

It does present a workaround though- ive noticed if i keep pingplotter running, i dont d/c at all. I can even run two accounts and neither will d/c. I have no idea why or how but meh....
