Hey i was wondering if anyone has had problems with this website, i just did

Because i was calling from new york, and they had to confirm my identity, they asked me a series of questions, However all the questions were false..

They gave me my wrong age
Wrong type of car i drive
Wrong year car i drive, etc (gov census)

now obviously i failed the test because the above were not true, So they didn't give me my time codes, and kept their 34 dollars, now what? this is by no means fair imo, please respond
