So maybe this is a silly question, but I it has been on my mind for a bit and a quick search didnt seem to get any hits.

Isn't the launcher designed to install the client updates before the client runs so I don't have to restart the client?

The major patches seem to install via the launcher, but all of these client updates still require a restart of the client.

I'm assuming the launcher just isn't 100% done yet?
