I guess you're new to this whole internet thing huh? Allowing players to have power over someone else will only result in griefing by tribunal. "Guilt" or "Innoncence" will not matter, the majority will always vote to impose the maximum penalty, for the lulz.

Bad idea. Also, the idea thread is that way ----------------->

Yes, please give players access to my account details at the back end so they can decide whether I RMTed or not Roll

As for ganking - exactly why does this need to be "voted" on? It's against no rules and CONCORD already deals out the ingame punishment automatically.

"Do not touch anything unnecessarily. Beware of pretty girls in dance halls and parks who may be spies, as well as bicycles, revolvers, uniforms, arms, dead horses, and men lying on roads -- they are not there accidentally." -Soviet infantry manual,

The fact that the OP doesn't realize the ridiculous issues giving this much power to any players would cause is a bit silly.

I've got people frothing at me making honest posts in this forum about topics just because I'm a goon. If someone cheats they should be banned, and I'd just assume it be someone who's job is on the line if they didn't show a certain impartiality to the process. Thanks.

Very bad idea but, It would be fun to see if all the CFC decide to vote on concord attack every member of CCP alliance

How it works:

One character per account and at least one month old can vote on tribunal cases. Cases range from sec crimes, to EULA crimes like the No-no word which starts with N. Cases need at least 100 votes cast to be decided. Punishment is then handed out by Concord, the next time the person enters high-sec his ship is destroyed then the last thing he sees is his pod being scrammed... the screen goes black and he awakes in a prison cell in Jita with all the other prisoners. During his stay he cannot plug in new skills (or go anywhere obviously, use station services). Players can leave their little hotel rooms that they complain about being prison-like and visit the real prisons where they can cast scorn upon the lowly trash rotting away before them. You can even buy things to throw at them at the market.

The best part is say someone is in their for RMT, and a CCP person has confirmed that person is going to be permanently banned. Everyone can go attend his execution.

People can also be sent before the tribunal for suicide ganking. This would also take the stress off customer service and there should be a limit on how many cases someone can do a day and they should be random to prevent abuse (like how the CSM is always elected).

No thanks.

We've already got the CSM and GM's and the ISD.

That's fine, thanks.

Please do it, organized votes to ban enemy supercap pilots would be much easier for us to do then actually shooting structures.

I think this music best describes the mood that the "tribunal' would have.

EvE is a cut-throat world. It's official's are puppets to the massive alliances that write their pay check to influence the going ons in EvE. Just like the corporate world influences politics..

Primate is a derogatory world for them. Would you like to be called a primate?
