So living in a wormhole is hard.

When I ask my corpies how to repackage things.

They laugh at me D:

Is there really no way to repackage things? Also on the topic of repackaging. Is there any way to recharge your shield when it's damaged? Like I know you can't dock in a station but something of the like?

a**hole response: go back to HS

constructive response:
- repackage: no
- we have an awesome module called shield booster, fit it in your ship so you don't have to wait for your shield recharge

Ive heard you can repackage inside of a rorqual. You should train for, and build a rorq in your c2 you are living in so you can repackage all of those meta 4 mods you have. Totally legit. I have heard from a friend who's fiancee had an ex boyfriend who's ex wife lived in a c2 that did this all the time for his corp mates. You use your ore crushers... only put the mods you want repackaged in there. Works every time. The only bad thing is that ore crushers dont work inside of pos shields... so its best to use a safespot away from your pos. Off grid from your pos is best so you avoid friendly fire incidents.

As for your shields...

Step 1. Create safe spot.
Step 2. Warp your "damaged" character to said safe spot and a basilisk or scimitar alt.
Step 3. Turn on your remote shield reps.
Step 4. SPAM THE **** OUT OF DSCAN
???
Step 6. Profit.

You could also just go afk and let your shield regen on their own.

Also. Not sure if bad troll or delicious noob.

As was said: refit to a shield booster to rep your shields.

As for repackaging, it would b nice to be able to repackage in a POS just to keep things tidy. I'm not really sure why you can't.

Yeah shield boosters are a waste of time. You have to refit your ship, run your cap down, then refit again. THen you have to mess with annoying windows trying to put the booster back in the right place. Just a hassle and mess.

Also... recognize trolling more.

Supposedly they are gonna fix this in the upcoming (within the next 5 years maybe?) POS revamp. In the meantime, we occasionally load up the unstacked mods into a hauler, pop out to a station in hisec, repackage, bring them back. Maybe once every 3 months or so we do that, just to tidy up the CHA.

Perhaps the issue here isn't that you can't get a free shield repair in a POS, but more why the heck do you get a free shield fix when you dock at a station? Whats the justification for that? Perhaps if the station has repair facilities you could buy one, but free and instant just for docking? CCP ought to rethink that...

Or, I dunno, you are flying a plug-in hybrid Death Prius and you plug in to the station's grid and...I am using logic on you...do not be alarmed
