Local in a wormhole is for saying "GF", nothing else.

You need to start engaging your brain before you post. Was that what he was talking about? The system-local in w-space is not going to change if we, in one way or another, got a w-space "local", would it?

If it would be terribly chatty and unusable or usually as dead as w-space local, I don't know, but it would be interesting.
