Linking transactions to market orders

Short question,

Is there a key some how linking market orders and transactions together?

eg.

market order selling 3 warp drives

transaction occurs of 1 warp drive sold to playerX

is there a id on transaction I can use to find which market order it was from?

There is no concrete way to do so, no. You can do it in a limited fashion - what I use in my jackknife - by looking for a journal entry with a similar total and dates that match to a second or two, but that's about it.
