Closer, I'll accept 11B as a bid, but not a buyout.

As I had said in the OP, I will grind up the sec status, but that will cost an extra 2 bil. This character is designed for low sec/0.0, not high sec...

Not once in this thread did I say that it was "the best character out there". I have 2 characters that are way better than this one, hence my reason for selling it.

I have little patience for people low balling me or trying to point out flaws with this character. I am well aware of this characters value, and what flaws it has. Any serious bidder does as well. The fact that you feel the need to insult me with low offers and criticism shows that you are not a serious bidder. So GTFO of my thread.
