Not really. I had an agreement to buy this char 5 days ago, sent the ISK. The seller refunded the ISK shortly afterwards and posted on the forums that he/she wanted to wait another hour on getting higher bids. That was the last communication I received until yesterday when the seller contacted me again and said that he/she would agree to the original deal and I sent the ISK again. It's been 21 hours since then and the character is still not transferred. I'm giving it 3 more hours before I have to open a ticket as well.
