Why can we only jump one system at a time?

Your toon is nothing more than a cylon already, you can make 80 jumps from home and simply sell your stuff, self destruct your POD or jump clone and be back home in a blink of an eye.

Maybe this could be used to grind SS in Null NPC regions... herm
