Allottable Skill points?

SoI started playing again about a month ago, after about a 2-3 year break, and when I logged on, I noticed I had about 300k "allottable skill points".

Does anyone know what there where? or how I got them?

Learning skills' removal was the most common, but we also got refunds for changes in social skills related to missions.

Don't spend them until you have played awhile.

Ah ok, thanks, and now that I look, Learning skills are gone, anr't they lol. >_< we still get the boosts from them somehow?

Everyone now has 12 more base attribute points (was 5 now 17).
