I know this has been around for a while but it'd be nice if you did something to address it:

If someone joins your fleet while a titan has an active bridge they will be unable to bridge until they drop fleet, relog, and rejoin the fleet once the titan bridge is down.

It also occurs when you warp to a titan with a bridge open

If they attempt to bridge they get the following error: "This person is either not a member of your fleet or not present in this solar system."
