Offline installer in Wheezy wouldn't find 7z data archives [solution]

Hey everyone, just passing to share a solution to a problem I had earlier today.

System info:
* wine 1.5.5 (compiled myself)
* brand new ~/.wine
* nothing installed with winetricks

I tried to install from a directory that's NOT inside my ~/.wine/drive_c by doing:

# wine EVE_Online_Installer_381448.exe

But the installer just went right through to the end, without finding the 7z data archives. I then tried:

# wine cmd
Z:\home\lotek\games\eve_inst> EVE_Online_Installer_381448.exe

This then worked; the installer found the 7z data archives.

I hope this helps somebody else.
