Install link + create predefined key

I'm creating a mobile app and I'm trying to create a single URL that will create a predefined key
e.g. http://support.eveonline.com/api/Key/CreatePredefined/9830414
but will also display the install links
e.g. https://support.eveonline.com/api/Key/ActivateInstallLinks

does anyone know how to do this?
It is nice to be able to provide a link to mobile users to create the key for them, but it would be great if they could then be able to immediately click "Install" after creating the key. Rather than creating the key, going back to app, and clicking the ActivateInstallLinks url.
