Thanks for prompt reply it really helped. Finally I managed to log in to the account management section but another problem has just arised.

After installing Eve and patching to the latest version game doesn't start. Clicking play button makes it available again in few seconds, screen blinks 6-7 times and thats all. "ExeFile.exe *32" process is running in the background consuming around 300-400 mb of memory and the music is playing, but on screen i've got desktop. Alt+Tab and switching processes by task manager doesn't change anything.

Already tried:
1. Full redownload and reinstall of application with a switched off antivirus.
2. Repair function (didn't find any issues)
3. Running game in Safe Mode (same blinks and desktop again)
4. Runnig apllication directly /bin/ExeFile.exe
5. Clearing cache, using admin rights, running with different compatibilities (didn't help either).
6. DirectX update and DirectX installation from Eve's folder.

In case it helps:
OS: Windows 7 Professional x64
Laptop: Sony vpc-sa3z9r

If there is anything you can do to help please let me know.

Does anyone encounter this problem before? As 2 days have passed there's nothing more than a vacuum in topic.
