Do the Navy Attack you in plexes or missions ?????

If i was part of the amarr navy for example Big smile and had the location of a member of the minmatar faction in a plex or mission in mini high security space will the faction navy follow me in and help the target ?????????

not really sure imo but i think the security status of a system makes a difference on how quick the navy they react not sure if anyone can confirm this

i have seen killmails of battleships from the enemy militia killing in enemy high sec space and getting out so there must be a way to do mate ????

Yes, they will follow you everywhere, even to exploration sites. It takes a min or two for them to warp in but they do eventually. No matter how many of them you kill, they keep on respawning.

Yes. They will follow you anywhere in system if you are in the opposing militia and/or have trashed standings or are permaflashy.
