Yes, if the miner doesn't know what he's doing, he can be bumped. But then, if the miner doesn't know what he's doing, he doesn't need to be bumped.

…and you still can't bump a ship that has entered warp, much like how you can't warp-scramble it.

Targeting Delay. They're cloaked remember.
