EVE New Citizens Q&A

I looked in the settings so I assume the answer is no, but is there a way to set special characteristics in your overview for your set destination waypoints? For example to always place your destination at the top of your overview regardless of distance or a different color than yellow (highlighting the whole destination blue like you can do in the market would be even better). Not whining here, just think it would be a bit easier if my destination were at the top of my overview automatically vs having to scroll down when seconds count against gate campers, changing the color would also helo in this instance as well. If there's a sort option to put your path item on the top I haven't seen it. I would generally suspect that the game wouldn't have one, as it would make scripting a better autopilot easy and they try to make automation intentionally difficult.

However, there's no reason you can't create a new overview tab and only put gates on it. That way there will never be more than, what, five entries so you won't have to scroll. I have a salvaging tab that I use for that, it only shows salvage, containers, enemy NPCs, and gates. Sort of a PvE tab, in a mission it lets me direct my drones while I salvage, and then when I'm traveling there's never more than a couple wrecks or containers by the jump gates (my pvp tab includes gates as well for going through low-sec, I see just enemies and gates, same principle, means i generally don't have to scroll).
