Skills spread a bit in somewhat questionable directions:

- Practically no SP in armor tanking, meaning a pilot would have to invest time into Armor for any Blaster boats.
- Requires additional Gunnery training for medium/large Blasters
- Requires additional Subsystem training for Proteus
- Requires lots of lots additional training for BO/JF/Carrier/Dread, and injecting expensive skillbooks
- Has Large Hybrid Turret V but cannot really fly any Gallente BS or Vindicator.
- Caldari BS V - nuff said.
- Some wastage in Mining. It's not focused enough to be useful, but too much to be ignored.

+ Good drone skills
+ Decent (albeit not maxed out) Gunnery skills
+ Highly decent missile skills
+ 2004 character for people who care about this.

Overall, it's a 45mil SP Tengu pilot that can also sit in a Hulk - he is not even maxed out for either one. The rest of the ships are either barely focused, or situational at best, useless otherwise. One notable point is nice drone focusing, which unfortunately cannot be used due to lack of Gallente focus.

Personally I wouldn't pay more than 8-9bil for this.
