its funded already. Best kickstarter project ive seen, only 1000 bucks but 100,000 times as promising.

btw you can already do what he describes in the first paragraph.

dock manually inside a ship. switch to first person view in your ship. exit your ship via hatch, walk around inside new bigger ship, even see your ship as you parked it, go to bridge of the ship you docked in, take control, fly the ship.

and you have a gun in first person lol.

you can even use your own turret. sounds like a cool multiplayer waiting to happen.
