I have searched around and cant find a good explanation/resource on setting up user authorization for access to an Alliance Wiki that auth's off of API automatically.

I have seen people talking about this for Forums, what what about a wiki with information you want to keep restricted to people in the alliance? We currently use mediawiki, but can easily switch if the best support for this is found somewhere else. Thanks a bunch!

Just quickly are you using a forum of any kind with API auth to restrict access on it?

If you are then you could use the user database for that and use it to auth ur wiki.
I have not done this with a wiki before but have with other things are works well.

Yes, we have an Alliance EveBB forum that approves off API. Where would I start looking to learn how to use that in auth for the wiki user accounts?

Just link Wiki authentication to the forum database. How? You best ask this on your wiki support forum.

This is not the same forum software as you are using as EveBB is based off FluxBB but here is a starting point after a few min googling for you - also depends on how evebb structs their database compared to phpbb but have a looksee
