ship balancing video and new racial skills

so here's the video on youtube

Basically - as far as I can tell - destroyer/bc skills become racial(again it might be me misunderstanding ). I.e.

Right now you have battlecruisers or destroyer 5 and you can fly every battle cruiser for which you have cruiser/frig trained to 3 :

After the change you'll need to train battlercruiser /destroyer 5 for each individual race.:

assuming they refund the original BC 5 skill points you can probably train BC to 5 for 1 of the races and then will probably have to spend 3 months training for the other 3 races.(2 if you exclude gallente BC's :P)

and you only need minmatar destroyer of course...

argh I feel robbed of my hard earned SP....

Just for a quick quote that's been stated by CCP multiple times:

If you can fly a ship now you will still be able to fly it after the change at the same skill level.

What that means is that if you have BC5 now and all 4 cruiser skills at 3 is you will get all racial BC skills at 5 after the change, the same with destroyers.

That is like saying that if CCP said 1=1 then therefore if you have an apple you will get a bananna. What I mean is I have seen countless non-ccp people say that if you have a certain level of bc you will have that same level in the racial bc (sometimes claiming that racial crusier is needed and sometimes not mentioning it) but no one can point to where CFO said that. In fact, the only CCP posts about it that I have seen said that they had not yet decided how they would handle it.

CCP did say if you can fly it now you will still be able to fly it..but that is not the same as saying you will get four racial skills at 5 out of it. If someone has a link showing CCP saying otherwise I would love to see it, but otherwise we are just making up rumors.
