Anomalies and complexes can be scanned down with (normal) scanning probes, for scanning you down in a mission site combat probes are needed.
Nice thing about mssion mining is, that combat probes are very rarely seen, while otherwise every harmless site scanner with his deployed scan probes will cause you headaches if hes a friendly or gank-willing site prober

Serious, who but the gankers and their silly supporters are saying anything? Miners really don't give a crap, I honestly think they're starting to learn how to do it correctly (no, don't use fail bots in ice belts as your examples), and, quite frankly, the only ones whining (besides the usual noted above) are the newbies that learn quickly how this game works. And when it comes to gate ganking, that has fallen off MASSIVELY since the Boomerang fixes in my part of space.

Its almost like you dont read the griefing posts.

And honestly, if you are not going to bother reading the post like you said in the edit, who will bother reading you're post in return. You discredited yourself there also.

and speaking of this tactic, I might try this as well. Thanks for a guide. Im trying to get the gutz to go back and mine nowadays and mission mining might work.
