OK, Can nothing be done about the connection between EVE servers and the rest of the world?

I live in Australia and my EVE experienced is severely diminished compared to other users due to a poor connection with EVE
I lost 2 ships today and nearly a 3rd due to lag and latency. I have attempted to use services to enhance the connection but still find it lacking at best. I have tested and compared EVE on several computers and several internet connection types in Australia and all suffer the same issues so I know it’s not just me and my pc on my internet connection.

Is there something out there that I am unaware of that will help this issue?

You will see in this image our i glitch out from time to time. I was at the gate and getting shot, however i was unable to jump though as it still registered i was 9AU from the gate. took about 2min to clear itself. Long enough for a fleet member to jump out of system, dock up, change ships, fly back to kill rats. as he arrived my ship finally went to warp to a position i was already visible. All to common to be visible to others long before i can see anything. often occurrence of this is during undocking. visible "undocked" by others while only have way though undocking sequence.

looks like a good connection, maybe subscribe to a higher data rate with your ISP.

350ms is not a good connection. Even on a 15mb download speed it only increases to 330ms. most gaming connections should be <150ms FPS are poor over 60ms. I dont think its to unreasonable to want better than what im getting.
