Its hard as a newer player to look here for mercs. Is there some sort of a site incl their reputation?

Anyhow im seeking a US merc who can cover EU primetime too. Target is a n alliance in high/lowsec who's been harrasing my corp lately (We're pretty new).

I need to find prices on such for a week of war and references if any. Anyone able to help?
