A projection array mod for the high slot

the mod projects the appearance and d-scan of a ship that has higher mass, the script defines what ship you appear as, however you still retain all flight characteristics of the ship you are flying.

The idea of a projection array is not a new one, and I still think its a good one. I would make it *exactly* like a cloak in every respect but one, which is that it can be targeted (targets at the speed relevant for the sig radius it is imitating, but takes damage at its actual radius, lock is broken if it switches of the projector and is smaller then it projected, retained if it is larger).

Other then that, probes cannot see through it (but can see what it is projecting), you cant fit one and a cloak at the same time, reduces scan res by 50%, projection fails if you come within 2km etc.

I'm also ok with an avatar imitating a pod and getting the sig radius of it to target as well, since thats still better then a cloak for the attacker.

I think it could lead to all sorts of amusing shenanigans, such as faking moving your cap fleet to entice an attack, or the old "you thought I was an industrial? Sorry bro, I'm a loki" trick.
