Out of Pod Experience

Despite the reveal, I'll bite. It's still a valid opening topic.

My first car to drive was my father's Cadillac Cimmaron. Not exactly a great car, but I admit now that it was a good training vehicle (for how to deal with odd failures). My first real car was a donation from a pastor who moved back to Korea, though it died literally the first week after I started work at the current company. *chuckle* So that rapidly became an old Corolla, which I proceeded to drive from 74K miles to just under 200K in about seven years. Great car, my current (2007) Prius even does not match it 100% (though I can live with the warts on that too).

I have first copies of Uru: Ages Beyond Myst, Gunman Chronicles, SimCity, SimEarth, Civ 1 (the bugged one), various train/plane simulators and a bunch of other games that I probably can't (or won't) play anymore, for various reasons. I got decent use out of most of them though.

I still think that nothing I've seen with CCP/EvE has matched what I've seen at Linden Lab (or from some of its 'users' - myself shamelessly included). It gets really close from time to time though.
