Can a hawk take out a player ship in high sec before taken out by concord?

Can a hawk take out a player ship in high sec before being taken out by concord? A few mates and me are testing this out, but I don't think the Hawk can survive.. What do you guys think?

Nothing really notable, because it doesn't do enough DPS in ~12 seconds. Its also really expensive and a poor choice for suicide ganking. Look into T1 destroyers.

provoke concord in some place... then all of a sudden, HAWK attack.

ships you can take down - kestrel, manticore, shuttle, anything with 1000 total hitpoints.

best suicide gankers - smart bombing ships. DISCO PHOON, DISCO GEDDON.

Second best - high volley damage ships, Tempest, Maelstrom.

Absolute capsule winner - imho cormorant with sensor boosters
