Did not recieve my game time from buddy program

30 Days Game Time

I was not in town for a few days and I didn't want to use my credit card from a public PC , so I was unable to pay for my account on time. The account was inactive for not more than 1-2 days at most . I have now subscribed again as I thought if I get my account activated I will receive my game time reward ... sadly no ...

As my account is active now I want to know how am I going to receive my reward . Thanks !

You should really petition that. Opposed to popular belief, GMs spend most of their time reading petitions rather than browsing the forums in search of customers in distress. Blink

While you can petition it if you want, Buddy Program rules clearly says that "You will need to have an active, paying account once your friend purchases an EVE Online subscription to receive your reward of a PLEX or 30 days."

So according to rules you will not get the reward.
