You all fail to miss the Hybrid rebalancing.

A lot of meta stuff was only used over tech 2 for fitting. You now have a whole load of weapons which are far easier to fit than before, so less demand for meta.

I've not experienced an increase in meta 3-4 drops. I continue to get 1-2 per mission, which is what I got prior to the patch.
