Moving patches from my PC to my laptop

I was trying to move 3 patches that were on my PC, one of them was the big inferno one, over to my laptop. Well, I tried the first one, but apparently it didn't take because the launcher is trying to DL from that version to the current one. I tried the other two afterward but it didn't like them.

Is there any way to move a group of patches over without having to DL that big one all over again?
