In answer to your question :

Yes, I believe the Medieval Times Eve Meet in Buena Park is still active on May 24 at 3:30 pm. Probably a good idea to contact Hidden Fremen in-game as well as post your RSVP in this thread here.

Also on May 21 at 5:00 pm the Los Angeles Eve Meet in San Gabriel will have an Eve VIP Guest = ISD Buldath - Member Of ISD STAR.

I plan on attending both, hopefully if finances allow it. Anyway, hope to see you there.

OK, just wanted to update the amount of California Eve Players who have actually done a 'Sign In'.

Seems I counted a few players more than once.

Gah... I work on the weekdays. Can't even make it to the closest meet there at Poway. I would have to prep for a long drive if I went to the Medieval Times meet. Good news is in a few months I'll be moving a few hours more north. So I may have a better chance at some of the LA based get togethers for the weekends.

Thanks for posting. I fully understand how tough it is to attend an Eve Meet held on a work day in the middle of the work week, especially when it requires travel in rush hour traffic.

I'd like to point out the Meet Up is at least a few hours long, usually held longer and showing up late is not a problem. In fact, better late than never, right?

Anyway, having an Eve VIP Guest appearance is something new. I'm not even sure if this will happen on a regular basis. Also whenever I receive confirmation of a 'Special Event' happening such as the Medieval Times Meet, I will definitely forward that info to all California Eve Players. Hopefully in the near future you'll be able to attend one of those 'Special Events'.

For now, I have been working the night shift. So my evening are usually taken up on the weekdays. But when that changes (hopefully soon), that will change my status. I got at least 6 or so months left here in sunny Cali... so there will be a lot more chances. I'll be around until something frees up to allow me to come. Don't you guys party too hard :D

Hey all, wanted to thank you all for attending the recent San Diego Eve Meetup! Its been a lot of work getting these meets off the ground and getting players together. More like herding cats really, but after doing them down here in San Diego for over a year we are really having a good time and meeting some great people. It was good having some Goons attend--and you guys aren't nearly the dickheads that you try to convince everyone that you are! (you guys really need to try harder!). Next SD meetup is coming up on May 20th same place (Kaminskis) and same time 6pm..... Let me know if you are joining us!

Thanks for posting and reminding everyone about the San Diego area Eve Meet.

I agree, last month the SD Eve Meet was indeed a good one, especially with the appearance of Eve VIP Guest : The Mittani - Goonswarm CEO.

Speaking of Eve VIP Guest, this month ISD Buldath - Member Of ISD STAR, will be attending the Los Angeles area Eve Meet on Wednesday, 5-21-2014 at 5pm. Hopefully you can attend and help welcome him California Capsuleer style.

I guess people should show up at least 1/2 hr before the show starts, right? And meet near the box office?

Probably a good idea to send a personal Eve Mail message to all the SoCal players listed in this thread.

Anyway, thanks for the reminder. I've never been to Medieval Times myself and really wanted to go to this Meet. Unfortunately yesterday I just started a new job working 7-12's.
