Tranquility issues on Friday, May 25

We have been noticing some issues with our Account Management system that may be having an affect on Tranquility. We are running tests internally to fix the issue but please let us know in this thread if you are experiencing any unusual behavior on TQ.

The remedy for these issues may require a server reboot and we will keep you informed if that has to happen.

Update: Tranquility will be rebooted at 16:06 and is expected to be back online by 16:30 UTC.

Update 2 @ 16:30 - Due to technical issues we will be extending downtime to 16:45 UTC. Thank you for your continued patience.

Made a new character an hour ago or so.

Amarr:
-Game hang on first undock(black screen)
-Aura's tutorial windows were empty(no next)
-The certificate that you loot after boarding rookie ship wasn't visually there. (it was there according to the volume of the container 0.1, but the actual can was empty)

Yeah, my entire corp vanished when my corp mate tried to transfer CEO position to me. Kicked us both from the corp and took all her stuff that was in the corp hangars along with it. I would say that counts as unusual. Petition was filed, she doesn't know how to run the bug checking software though and trying to explain it over Skype is next to impossible.

Unable to resolve Echo Server name.

unable for fleet to connect to voice server, before the shutdown.

Local has been crazy since the patch
It does not forget people in fleet that log off insystem

Ive noticed along with several other members of my corp when we try to Transfer stuff from containers or even hangers that stuff goes missing, and even when we change mods off ships and put them back in our hanger and undock and come back its missing, We are an industry corp, and we have already estimated we have lost over 600 Million in Ore just vanishing. I Fully Loaded an ORCA with raw ore to take to take to our Station to do some Production, and by the time i got to station after going through several gates the orca was no longer full, about 25% of the ore had gone missing. And thats about what was missing from containers and everything else as well.

Can we get something done about ship cargo bays smas/carrier smas? Today i had major problems with loading of those. Also while its connected to pos inventory it takes longer than before even without unusual behavior to load. Most time man does not need to see stuff around besides his cargo bay or single sma to take ship out. Besies awsome job with new missiles.

When I try to open look at items this really bad interface pops up that is totally unusable. Can you make that go away too?

Well, I'm not sure if this issue is fixed for everyone, but it has been fixed for myself. I will list an immediate fix for anyone else that runs into the same issue if it hasn't been fixed across the board

Issue with inventory:

While docked in a station I was unable to see most of my inventory, with the exception of the ship i was in when i logged off, and 3 courier contracts that were completed overnight.

Opening Assets while docked; If I were to open my assets tab while docked, it showed that only those few items were in the station, but also showed that 898 Items were actually in the station.

Opening Assets while undocked; If i were to open my assets tab while undocked, it showed all items in station, visible in the list.

Redocking does not fix the issue.

The only short term fix that i have figured out works, is to create a contract to an alt, click finish so that the contract creates, and then cancel the contract.

Your items will appear in your new inventory without any issues.

There are some bugs when creating the contract, it may not show all items on the second to last screen, but they are indeed there. Remember that only 200 different stacks of items, and 2000 items can fit into a contract.

If you have any issues with this, feel free to convo or send me a mail and ill do what i can to help you out.


P.S. Old inventory was bettar ;3 should have waited to release this until summer patch, in which it would have been more streamlined (I hope)

I believe this would be along the same lines for a fix, Try undocking and going into your corporation assets, then contracting items to another character, then cancel the contract. Please let me know if this works as I have not had issues with corporation assets yet.

I had all my overview settings go back to default. Just on this character. My other character seems normal. Not a big issue, just something I noticed.
