Then this means somehow, that you as player have to decide, where you want to have your specialisation. You can't be "fully max. skilled" in everything - at least not within usual time ranges.

This enlarges the probability for differences between skill setups. That's GOOD!

It is just consequent:
In EVE you have to ponder risk versus profit, to make priorities, to make allies. You can't have all. Or just create multible accounts and pay extraordinary much money/time for it Lol

Im very near to completing all sub cap ships, t2 module, missiles, guns and drone skills to lvl 5, probably just a few months left to go :)

Perfectly skilled in any subcap combat ships etc.

I have a funny video of some friends checking it out and shouting about how unfair it was when i opened my 40 million SP spaceship command when a huge list of lvl 5s that didnt even fit on the screen came up LOL

This game has never been new player friendly. MMO's that are a few years old, by default, usually aren't, and Eve isn't an exception at all.

If you wait about 6 months, then Eve will start to get more fun...
