Hi All,

As part of a WH corp myself we have bumbed into a few others through connections and are Generally quite welcoming unless they do not make themselves known or Start our sites Twisted

During this time we have developed quite a few blues and Non agression/Defense agreements which has built the basis of a quite noce Coalition - Mainly because WH's are awesome and the player base is generally of a different class than your average Bear/Griefer. I for one have helped out a Few pricy ships who have got stuck inside and without asking paid me once safe.

My Question: Is this common practice for all of you or do you act on a "You stepped in my house and must now die."? Also do you choose to Help escape or trick & Gank?

TL;DR Big smile or Twisted

Shoot ship first, shoot pod second and ask questions later.

I have never understood people who announce their prencence in Local, not to mention expecting others to do the same.

"THIS WH IS MAHHH SPACE!!!"

Yea shoot first questions later generally.

9/10 local chatter is probably a tarp! In my experience anyway.

Kill them all and ransom thier pods if you have a good day , but normaly kill them all. Wormhole is not a fluffy place....

60% of local is smack talk form butthurt people who got shoot in the butt or didnt get a fight because they bring up fleet sizes you cant counter as medium size coorp.

30% is gf into local

10% random massages like HEALP need some POS fuel plx or people who talk in local instead in thier coorp chats

Creating large blue lists is something 0.0 space is known for and many of us WHlers left because of this to WH space.

I definitely endorse the no blues policy. In higher class wormholes at least, it already takes a long time to roll into a hole that has people in it, and nothing would be more aggravating than to finally find targets and see that they're blue. There's also no need to blue anyone. Most of the time, people aren't trying to evict you, so you don't need allies to help you defend your home unless your favorite pass time is going around throwing sand in people's eyes. Now if you go blue everyone up and won't fight anybody, then you might very well need those blues...

Talking in local is either a noob move from people who don't know better, or it's one of the Aquila guys (coughcoughMesscoughcough) Lol

Theres a difference between asking for a route out if someone becomes trapped and being blue.

If someone asks for a route out then it is up to the discression of the people involved. Most people are willing to pay for a way out but if you refuse outright fair enough, don't expect to catch the person if they know what there doing they will log out as soon as they see the probes.... And then SD l8tr.

Only thing i would say if you agree to give a route out don't then backstab them... This tends to end with you getting invaded :)

Also i seriously disagree with WH perma blue coalitions. Doing the occasioanly op with other WH entities because you either fancy something different or can't handle it solo fair enough but perma blue... Go live in 0.0

Years in W-space has taught me that the best way to make friends in Eve is to shoot people. It's like a litmus test that allows you to differentiate between the PCOOL GUYS and the butt-hurt weenies.

That being said, if someone asks for help, I generally give it. At the very least I won't pretend to help and then **** OMG IF I DONT STOP HICCUPING IM GOING TO POD MYSELF IRL

Ahem. What was I saying? Oh yes, we have a saying in my corp:

It's human nature to seek alliances etc for mutual gain. Fortunately WH-space makes that tough, unlike 0.0 which is NAP-central.

I believe your looking at it the wrong way OP, everyone in wormhole space is very friendly, its just that our prefered handshake is a pitched battle with spaceships.

This isn't some kind of metaphor that were all bloodthirsty, we just purely enjoy having spaceship battles, and living in wormhole space affords us the ISK to fly really really fun spaceships. It really really isn't any more complicated than that.

The only time people run foul of large scale group action is when someone wants to use wormholes for anything other than a paradise full of people to battle with, and plenty of ISK to support said battles in fine fashion.
