YES, filed yesterday, response today. Problem is frequent drops from the server exclusive to Eve. Though it takes a computer engineer to understand much less impliment the instructions to install a ping monitor to a certain ip address, keeping a log of drop times in local and game time, getting back online asap, and repeat for a few hours. Then zip the files and sent back. Jeez!

I'm dropped about every 10 minutes at most.

Our corporate symbol is a blue Egyptian Ankh representing pure eternal life, surrounded by 8 gold stars representing The Eightfold Path on a red background representing sacrifice and committment to the everliving, beloved of Ptah...

Petitions are always slow to be responded to after a patch. Mainly because of the amount of bugs or the fact that people don't actually read patch notes and rage at GMs when things change. CCP has gotten better over the years on petition times, however overall quality has gone down a bit.

Well my last one took two weeks to even be acknowledged before a glacial speed ping pong of replies inched between all parties over weeks.

I started a thread about it and a breathless GM was all very apologetic and promised it was being fixed.

Besides the GM breathless GM this is my usual experience.

Odd. Must be something wrong with it because he obviously hasn't been getting the emails from the frantic GM's regarding petition queues.

Petition filed, took exactly a week for a response. I reply with polite version of 'Thats a load of bollocks, but don't take it personally as it's CCP policy that's at fault, not you' and got a reply (closing the peition) within two hours.
