how about a module that decrease Optimal Range from e-war modules
or improving the Remote Sensor Dampers that is able to decrease Optimal Range from all e-war modules
(like stasis web, ecm and of curse Energy Destabilizers and Energy Vampires)

this will create another possibility to conter e-war


and it would be nice if ccp renamed the tracking disruptor to Weapon disrupter
that would better fit to this module
