Just a quick question,

Is ore theft against any age player punishable or bannable? and before anyone says i am avoiding the listed rookie systems i am operating in systems that are not listed as rookie systems.

any advice will be appreciated

Any sort of theft regardless of player age is allowable outside of rookie systems. The only thing disallowed besides that is hacking peoples accounts, but I figure that's a given. Happy stealing!

You can't steal ore, you can only take it from the garbage because apparently they didn't want that ore anyway

Stop mining and cancel your account. Problem solved, no more mining means no more losing it.

It's allowed anywhere INCLUDING the rookie systems.
In fact, if you steal someone's ore in a rookie system, and they shoot you for it, you can have them banned for can-baiting in a rookie system. P

I see what you mean, but whats the point of stealing if you dont do it in a shuttle and just flip the ore over to your own can?

When in doubt, assume this: There are no rules in EVE, as long as it doesn't involve gamebreaking.

If it isn't an exploit, isn't covered in foul language, isn't using real money, isn't exploding newbies via bait, and can be done via the normal game mechanics, it is probably a safe bet it is okay.

Sure, there are rules and whatnot enforced by CONCORD in high sec, but as suicide gankers show, they are just guidelines...

I don't do it that often but when I can flip I am not doing it for aggro, I am doing it for profit. Instead of spending hours mining in my covetor (no mining barge V nor will there ever be on my account), I just hop in my indy ship and go find busy high-sec mining hubs. What would of taken me 40 hours to mine myself I can steal in 40 min from just a few mining operations.

If you want to defend your assets in this game, learn to do it yourself instead of relying on ccp to play the game for you. Corporations exist for a reason. This isn't WoW, you can't solo Eve.
