Mouse Double Click sensitivity in game

In Eve my double click responsiveness seems off. I especially notice this when flying but also on some menu in game like the War list. It may take me several attempts to get a double click to register. Using a Logitech MX mouse and have been fiddling with my double click speed settings through windows to see if I can improve this, but wondering if outside of that there is anything anyone knows about within eve to improve this.
