why does it not surprise me that in this "random" draw neither Hydra Reloaded or Outbreak got a spot.........

I am really excited by the results, TBH. Who want's to see another "Oh look it's Hydra vs. PL AGAIN" tournament? The tournament last year felt stagnant and the only big surprise was how well RVB did. I really want an opportunity to cheer for an underdog, and it looks like I may get it!
Best of luck to all the alliances, and here's to losing 2 more weekends of my life glued to my computer screen!

No worries, there are entities which don't need to rely on draw and prefer a certain spot by buying their way in at the auction.

And we all know Isk means quality teams.
