Forum RSS Feed is not working correctly

It seems to me the forum RSS feed is currently broken. I tried searching for threads about this, but was unable to find any.

There is a hard limit of 1.000 feeds on the list, which means any feeds exceeding the 1.000 mark will not be read. Therefor, any forum feed that has more than 1.000 topics, will not update properly

I have only just now tried using RSS feed, so I am unsure how long this issue has been around, but it pretty much removes the point of having an RSS feed in the first place.
