CCP is falling further and further out of touch with it's player base?

I just want to say I witnessed something yesterday in the help chat that made my stomach turn. I saw ISD's literally telling players to " Be Silent" and after three warnings of "be silent" muting the people...Not just one person but, several. What was the persons crime? Simply asking questions about how to operate the new inventory system and of course they complained a little during the questions. Now I accept that they have a position to in-force order in the room but, these players were not being "off topic" nor "disrespectful" in anyway to anyone and had genuine concerns about the new UI.........This is disturbing that the people at CCP are allowing their ISD volunteer's bully and make statements as bold as " Be Silent last warning" to the players...........Get it together CCP the numbers are not looking so good right now.

You have been making an excellent stride at wining back our respect for you as a gaming company do not allow a few ISD's that take authority too far ruin your hard work. The UI is a touchy subject for us and we need time to get used to it so HELP channel is there to get HELP for it and yes in our questions we may show agitation towards it....but, this does not warrant someone telling us to SHUT UP in a polite way.


One more thing stop placing one week gags on people in the forums for speaking their minds...that is a low thing as well.

If you have a problem with ISD moderation file a petition to the GMs who unlike the forum guests can possibly review what happened in context. Thread locked.
