Suggestion: Window/Pane Scroll

It would be handy if windows would auto-detect which pane my mouse was in, and wheel-scroll according to that. This would replace having to click in a window to "activate" it as the current window to allow wheel-scrolling.

Obviously not a huge deal, but one of those minor annoyances.
