Now I am kinda getting back into this game i have 24mil sp and i was wondering if i could mission with minimatar ships or is it just not viable if i can could i get a fitting or two

If you Gallente BS as well, go for a Machariel for sure, otherwise a Maelstrom.

The above fits are basically perfect, but I'm pretty sure you got the rigs the wrong way around, and buy a Dread Guristas X-Large Booster, it's quite cheap and worth its weight in gold for CPU troubled ships and burst tanking.

both fits need a T2 falloff rig, turns the mael into a baby varg.
