Delete: While this is an issue, the Amarr weren't doing it this morning.

Purposeful plex bugging is game-breaking no matter who does it.

Is there any way to remedy this situation? Can we get this patched up as soon as practicable, otherwise occupancy warfare will be meaningless going forward.

This has been an issue for quite a while, has been reported numerous times, and has not been fixed.
