hot linking items not working.

Ok. this has been in the Game FOREVER and now it doesn't work....it was always a fun thing to do in the game and I really want this fixed!!!!

Ok, hot linking items went like this.

You would go type something like "Erebus" in the chat line.
Then highlight the text and right click on the item and go to > auto link > item type.
Then click on Erebus.

This is a Auto link.

Now a Hot link is when you change the text to something else.

So now that the auto link is setup put the text line in the middle and type "This is my ship and I love it".
The text will now look like this "EreThis is my ship and I love itbus".
You now remove the rest of the remains of the Erebus text and you now have a link that reads "This is my ship and I love it" but it leads To the Erebus link and has different text.

Currently If you try this now it reverts back to "Erebus" text. I am very disappointed about this, it was my favorite thing to do in the game. :(
