Some ppl are missing in corp (they are logged off) but is still in local. Same for the red in local. he is offline.... this fuckup 0.0 bad.... Local bug caption

Hard to trust if who is in Local is in or isn't in local. If it shows people in local that are not there, does it also not show people who are? This of course would be really bad for Null Intel.
