You have to laugh though, CCP released a video last week about the and I quote "finishing touches" to this update...

Then on release, it breaks!!

QUALITY CONTROL - If you don't have this in any business expect to fail and be liquidated.

On a final note, where is Hilmers excellence gone these days he spoke about and demanded from here on in..in his apology?

The problem is not lack of QUALITY CONTROL. It's lack of patience by some addicts who spam the EVE icon, can't wait to install and be on TQ first. And next they get shocked by changes and the painful process to adapt.

Relax, go out for a walk, or a shower, or both.

The unforseen cannot be quality-controlled, no matter how good you are at it. If you do not know this basic fact then you have not been in an intense software production environment for too long.

Regardless of the testing on the test server, there will always be something going wrong on the day of launch, I don't care how good you are or think you are.
