The Structure Dress is available on Sisi only at the moment. I don't recall it ever being actually in the NEX Store on TQ. I already looked into this and just got the Toon the Structure Skirt.

My main has the Commando type pants with the grey stripe. The ones with the red stripe are on Sisi which I like to call the Kaalakiota Pants. Great black and red. Too bad they don't offer this stuff on TQ.

since people found a glitch where you can make your toon wear nothing below with the structure dress
